• SJA Facility Usage Rules and Regulations
  

  • Please allow at least 24 hours notice when scheduling a room
  • Room set-up forms must be into the parish office 4 days before the event
  • All meeting rooms must be returned to the order in which you found them. Your group will be held responsible.
  • Please remove all trash and clean the room accordingly (papers, food, etc.)
  • Rooms must be vacated 15 minutes prior to closing:
    • Parish Center: All Meetings should end at 8:45 pm
    • Family and Youth Center: All meetings should end at 9:30 pm
  • If your plans have changed and you will not be using the room PLEASE call the parish office and let us know.
  • No evening meetings in any of the buildings will be scheduled during the month of July.
  • All necessary keys will be available at the Parish Center and must be returned immediately after any activity.
  • The normal operating times for the Family and Youth Center are 9:00 am until 9:30 pm. If a pastoral staff member is present for an event, the gathering can extend beyond 9:30 pm if the staff member is willing to take the responsibility for the security and closing of the Center.
  • There is to be no activity of any kind in the Gathering Space when a parish-sponsored activity is taking place in the Church (liturgical or non-liturgical). Any function scheduled during a time when a parish sponsored activity is taking place in the Church is to be confined to the room to which it has been assigned.
  • The pantry area is available in the family and youth center for group usage. Coffee, tea and paper products are available; if the pantry is low on supplies please notify the parish office. If more than one group is scheduled the pantry must be shared.
  • Please take any leftover food with you - please DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OR BEVERAGES in any of the refrigerators, as they will be thrown out.
  • Alcoholic beverages are not permitted unless you have acquired the proper permits and use Marchiori Catering.
  • St. Joan of Arc has retained Marchiori Catering; and they must be used for all catered events. You may bring in sandwiches, pizza, cookies, etc as long as they do not include the use of another Catering Service.
